Betting on the Los Angeles Lakers
The Los Angeles Lakers are going through a truly worrisome situation, as they haven’t been able to win any of their four games played. Prior to this matchup, they faced the Denver Nuggets, and despite all efforts, they were unable to obtain a favorable result, ending with a score of 110-99.
The debut against the Golden State Warriors had already shown signs of trouble for the Los Angeles squad, as they fell by a score of 123-109, which is so far the defeat with the most points against them. They then lost to the Los Angeles Clippers by 103-97, and to the Portland Trail Blazers.
LeBron James and company are having a tough time and are currently ranked last in the Pacific Division and also last in the Western Conference.
Betting on the Minnesota Timberwolves
Minnesota Timberwolves hasn’t been a dazzling team, but unlike their next opponent, they have what it takes to stand up for themselves in this game. They are coming off a 134-122 win over the San Antonio Spurs, and this is their third win of the season, after defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder 106-116 and 115-108.
Their first defeat came against the Utah Jazz in a game that didn’t end in regular time, and they lost 132-126 in overtime. The second loss was a 115-106 defeat to the San Antonio Spurs. They are in third place in the Northwest Division, where they are the team with the most points scored (597).
The Lakers face an interesting challenge in this game, as they need to look for their first win, but an away game doesn’t seem appropriate to achieve this feat.
Prediction: Minnesota Timberwolves win by 9 points.
